The Rollei Rock Solid Alpha Outdoor tripod has set new standards in its class. So that you can use the flexibility and stability even better for special projects and photographic challenges, Rollei offers a separately available center column for the Rock Solid Alpha tripod as a precisely coordinated accessory (tripod accessory). This center column features a sturdy weight hook to improve stability and wind resistance, and a wide slot for your choice of tripod head.
Flexible and stable thanks to carbon
Like the Rock Solid Alpha, the center column is made of carefully woven carbon fibers that are coated with a matrix of special plastic. Carbon is one of the strongest and lightest materials used in the aerospace industry and, more recently, in the photographic industry. The locking screw keeps the center column immovable in the position you have chosen. Gladly also overhead for close-to-the-ground macro shots with cameras and heavy lenses.n.
Perfect for sports and architectural photography
In addition to very fast telephoto lenses and the correspondingly flexible special tripod heads, sports photographers also need a tripod that can carry the heavy equipment and is not impressed by jostling. The center column increases the vertical range of use of the Solid Rock Alpha tripod and can also cope with the complex housing, lens and filter combinations of demanding landscape and filter photographers. Rollei offers a 24-month replacement service for almost all products. This does not apply to our flashes and LED lights, which will be repaired by our service center in the event of a defect. Consumables such as flash tubes are also excluded from the guarantee.
We offer a 6-month warranty on our batteries, so these are not included in the 24-month exchange service.
For all other Rollei products, ROLLEI grants a 24-month exchange service from the date of purchase, which means:
A defective product or part will be exchanged for a new or refurbished one that is as good as new. ROLLEI will bear the return and shipping costs in Europe.
